Four year B.A.B. Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed. is a professional integrated undergraduate dual degree programme that prepares teachers for upper primary or middle level (classes VI -VIII), secondary level (classes IX-X) and senior secondary level (classes XI-XII. The prospective teachers are offered in-depth knowledge of different subjects. It enables them to experience, the hands on experience in classroom teaching. The main aim of this course is to prepare the students by providing theoretical and practical knowledge in terms of teaching methodology. It enables them to experience, hands on experience in classroom teaching.

Industry Internship Programme
As per NCTE norms and standard – 2014, twenty weeks Internship programme is mandatory for all teacher education programmes. Internship programmes that are a part of B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. are effectively being implemented to give training to the students. It gives the opportunity to integrate theory and practice, plan and deliver lessons properly, critically analyse their own and peer teaching styles and improve them in the light of feedback given by the supervisor. It gives them an opportunity to understand different aspects of the school programme and improves their skills and abilities in the teaching profession. School of Education, Jaipur National University adheres to the norms and standard of Internship as per the guidelines of the State Government of Rajasthan. The process of the internship is communicated online on the dashboard of registered pupil teachers and university. Pupil teachers are also given the certificate of completion of the Internship by the respective principal of the Government School duly verified by the District Education Officer of the concerned district. It develops the pupil teacher’s personality as a true professional in the field of education. The B.A. B.Ed programme consists of content courses equivalent to undergraduate programmes in the Arts stream and supportive courses, pedagogic courses and practicum including school experience and internship in teaching. Information and communication technology (ICT)Gender, Yoga Education and Inclusive education form an integral part of the B.A. B.Ed curriculum. The B.Sc. B.Ed. programme consists of content courses are comparable to undergraduate liberal programmes in the Science stream and supportive courses, pedagogic courses and practicum including school experience and internship in teaching. Information and communication technology (ICT) Gender, Yoga Education and Inclusive education forms an integral part of the B.Sc. B.Ed curriculum.
