BBA LL.B. (Hons.) provides an integral understanding of the inter linkage of Management Studies and Law in their entirety than in specified areas. The course covers a vast domain of the contemporary areas of managerial relevance and provides students with an opportunity to focus on strategies to manage the business, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship, the impact of technology on commerce, management of the emerging markets of Asia and other global issues.
This programme emphasizes providing an integrated understanding of law in the area of Financial Management, Business Administration, and other managerial concepts. It also provides the necessary knowledge that is a prerequisite to obtaining a certificate of registration in the Bar Council of India and undertaking the traditional law practice.
The courses are delivered through lectures and seminar series involving both professor and student presentations. Students prepare for classroom participation through reading and analysis of cases and their own research. This programme strengthens the knowledge base of students, their thinking and analytical skills, and the practical application of theories, and significantly contributes to the development of general skills in preparation for life and work.

- The University updates the program structure from time to time to keep pace with the requirements of society and prospective employers in business and industry.
- Assignments, moots and projects will require the students to spend significant time in the computer lab. All students will have access to a well-equipped computer lab for their practical work. The students also have access to Lexis Nexis for research.
